The Exciting Game of Pinball

With all the different and thrilling sounds coming from the arcade, you hear the loud pings from the pinball machine.  The classic arcade game, pinball, is played by manipulating one or more metal balls on a playing field  with different obstacles called bumpers or plungers.  The playing field is made of wood and covered in glass. It is slightly inclined or it dips at the lower bottom part.  What you need to do is to prevent the metal ball from falling in a hole at the bottom of the machine which is covered by two flippers.  You can earn points and additional lives or turns by playing pinball at the longest possible time.  When the ball falls into the hole, then you can use the balls you have left until you run out of lives and the game ends.

 

You have to keep the metal ball in the game in order to score points.  When the ball is near the bottom, you can prevent it from falling by flicking the left and the right flippers covering the gap.   The game of pinball is very fast and unexpected; you always have to keep your fingers on the controls of the flippers and try keep the ball in play.  You have to be alert and your focus should always be on the ball.  To be able to earn points and extra balls, you have to hit the ball hard try to steer it towards some bonus areas that are strategically placed on the machine.  You can develop your technique and strategy after playing it continuously. The machine runs on tokens or coins and definitely you need to save up if you want to keep on playing the game.
